CottSuite apps are built with privacy as a core principle. This policy applies to all apps published under the CottSuite name, including The Professional, The Garage, The Inventory, The Pet, The Estate, and The Home.
Your data stays on your device. We don't have a server. We can't see your data. We don't sell anything.
All data you enter into CottSuite apps is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is synced via Apple's iCloud infrastructure using end-to-end encryption. CottSuite has no access to your iCloud data, not even in aggregate.
CottSuite apps do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. We do not operate a backend server of any kind. We do not have access to any data you enter into our apps. We do not use analytics SDKs, crash reporters, or any third-party tracking inside the apps.
CottSuite apps use two Apple services:
We do not use any other third-party services, SDKs, or APIs inside our apps. Apple's privacy policy is available at apple.com/privacy.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. CottSuite does not have access to your payment information at any point.
This website (cottsuite.app) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page visits. This service does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. No personal data is collected. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
CottSuite apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Estate app is designed to store sensitive personal and financial information. This data is stored exclusively on your device and in your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled. CottSuite never has access to this information. The Estate does not constitute legal or financial advice. It is a personal documentation tool only.
The Pet app is designed to help you document your pet's health for veterinary purposes. It does not constitute veterinary or medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions.
We may update this policy as our apps evolve. The current version will always be available at cottsuite.app/privacy.html. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
